So, earlier this week Andy went in for a follow-up kidney exam, to make sure that the reflux issue was corrected and that the bladder and everything else looked normal. Although it involved a catheter, x-rays, ultrasound, and lots of screaming everything looks great. Bladder functioning normally, no reflux, remaining kidney has grown a little larger since last time and looks totally normal. The doctor just wants to do a another follow-up in 9 months to one year to see how the kidney is doing, but in general we're done. Whew...
